Energy Audits according to the Austrian Energy Efficiency Law
In Austria, big companies (>250) are forced by law to implement an energy management system or to carry out a so called energy audit periodically.
The buildings of Mosaik GmbH have been analysed and a comprehensive refurbishment concept, potential analysis and a feasibility study were done. Additionally, an energy certificate for one building in Graz was created.
The Energy Agency Styria employs several qualified and certified energy auditors, who are well experienced in the fields of construction, building technology and energy.
